The location of the hostel was perfect for my Arctic adventures. It was just a short walk from the train station and bus stop, making it easy to get around. I also loved that the hostel had winter gear and equipment available for rental. It was so convenient to be able to rent snowshoes and explore the beautiful surrounding forest. the communal kitchen was fully equipped and a great place to meet other travelers and share stories.
One aspect that I didn't like was the communal shower room. It was located in a separate building and didn't have any cubicles or locks on the main door.

enjoyed our family holiday in Abisko, and Net Hostel & Huskies exceeded our expectations. Great value for money, friendly staff, and convenient location near the station. The sauna and shower facilities were clean and relaxing, and the huskies were a highlight!
Bathroom privacy could be improved.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to organizing activities like husky sledding and aurora chasing. The hostel itself was clean and cozy, with a nice communal kitchen and comfortable beds.
Well, if I really had to nitpick, the WiFi could have been better. But who needs internet when you're surrounded by stunning nature and adorable huskies?

The staff was incredibly helpful in guiding us through all the amazing activities available. We booked a dogsledding tour and it was an unforgettable experience. The tour began with a fun introduction to dogsledding, and we were provided with warm clothes from reception to keep us cozy throughout the adventure. Our children were in awe of the beautiful surroundings as we navigated through the snowy wilderness. The hostel also offered other winter activities such as cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, giving us the freedom to have our own adventure in the wild. It was a truly magical experience for the whole family!
For dads, it would be great if the hostel had more family-friendly room options available. While our accommodation was comfortable, we felt that the double room with bunk beds was quite small for a family of our size.

I had a wonderful time staying at Abisko Net Hostel & Huskies. The location was perfect, with accessible hiking trails just behind the main building. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The hostel building itself was spacious and practical, with a well-fitted kitchen and a toilet on each floor. Despite the disappointment of not seeing the Northern Lights, the hostel made up for it by providing warm clothing that I could borrow for my entire stay. The free access to the sauna was an added bonus, and the quiet surroundings allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. I highly recommend Abisko Net Hostel & Huskies for its great location and helpful staff.

This hostel is absolutely perfect for a winter adventure with friends! We had so much fun exploring the stunning Abisko National Park on cross-country skis and snowshoes. The staff was super helpful and provided all the warm clothes we needed. It was an unforgettable experience!
The only thing I would ask for as a young, party-going person is more nightlife options near the hostel. While the winter activities during the day were incredible, it would have been even more fun if there were some cool bars or clubs nearby to hang out at night.
